I give the book Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment four stars. I was amazed at how great the book was. While I was reading it, I was always thinking and my adrenaline was always pumping. The story is about Max, an experiment from a school who is 14 and is ninety-eight percent human, and two percent bird. As a child she was raised by one of the scientists from the school, Jeb, who kidnapped them to keep them safe hidden in a cabin back in the mountains. Jeb just went missing four years ago, and they all think he has died, could they be wrong? Now she lives with her “family” though none of them are related that’s what they call it, who all are just like her. There are five others. When the Erasers, who are the half-wolf half-man creatures from the school capture Max’s little six year old sister, Angel, the flock gets taken on the ride of their life. They set out to get their little sister back from the school straight out of hell, in California. On their way max gets shot, trying to help out a girl in trouble. This causes her to give up her secret, which kind of helped her get over her fear of trusting outsiders. They encounter Erasers often along their way to the school. As soon as they recover Angel they set out for New York City, to find the institute, where all their files about their parents are kept. What I really liked about this book is that there is action. Usually all the books I read never have action in them. There are so many fight scenes that you just can’t stop reading, you are always wondering what is going to happen next. By far the best part of this book is that when you finish reading the book, there are THREE more books in the series for you to read!!! I am happy that someone convinced me to read this book; I hope that I Have convinced you.

***** Maximum Ride: The Angle Experiment was a really good book. From the moment you start reading something interesting and exciting is happening. The story is about 14 year old Max, who is not all human. She’s part human and part bird. She has a destiny set out for her to save the world. Max and her flock all want to know where they came from and try and find the institute in New York. What I really liked about this book was that there was never really a dull moment in it. Something was always going on and there were many tasks by the flock trying to be accomplished. What I also liked was that the book went by pretty fast. The chapters were short which made the book go by faster. I would really recommend this book to anyone!

**** Maximum ride is one of the best books I’ve ever read. It’s about a girl named Max and her family, who escaped from an insane laboratory called “The School” with scientists who performed extreme genetic mutations on her and her five family members. The scientists implanted bird DNA into them, now they have working wings, super human strength, and there extremely fast. There constantly on the run from creatures created by the School called Erasers, which are wolf people. According to one of the scientists named Jeb, It’s Max’s job to save the world. They go to New York in search of a place called “The Institute.” Once they get there they find papers with information on themselves and there parents. So they Start heading to D.C. to find there parents.

Maximum Ride The Angel Experiment is a high octane joy ride that blurs the line of reality and fantasy. 14 year old Max and her band of five children are all alone in the world. They have to take care of themselves and find their own food and shelter. They're all very talented and, oh yeah, they can fly. The flock as they call themselves are a group of 98% human 2% bird mutants that have to dodge the erasers set on them by the genetics lab they escaped 4 years ago. Now, when something goes horribly wrong, They must go back to the school. Soar the skyline of New York in this action novel. Very quick read simply because you can't put it down. 5 stars on my regard.

I would give Maximum Ride: the Angel Experiment four stars. It was a great book that made you want to keep reading and get to the end to see what was going to happen. Unlike some books I have read this one starts almost right away with action which I really liked. It is about a group of kids that are part human and part bird you get to see all the adventures they have trying to save one of their own and also doing what they have to just to survive. They are always in danger and you never know what is going to happen next. I would recommend this book to anyone it really is a great book I think it might be the best book I have ever read.
