I give Specials by Scott Westerfeld ****. This book from the beginning to the end is interesting. All these unexpected things happen after Tally is changed into a Special. Shay-la and Tally-wa are up against a whole city like The Smoke. This whole book is about the battle to save the city. The ending is unpredictable. I recommend this book to anyone who liked Uglies and Pretties.
