The book I read was “Tricks” by Ellen Hopkins. This was a really good book and it was interesting to read. The book has five different main characters. There are five different stories about people that intertwine in the end. The main characters were Eden, Ginger, Seth, Cody, and Whitney. The book tells about each of their lives and how they all end up in their situations. A lot of the book deals with love, drugs, and selling your body. Eden goes through many things to find her way back home and to the boy she loves. Ginger grew up with her prostitute mother and runs away only to find that she has to do things she never wanted to do for money. Cody deals with his family falling apart because of them not having the money to take care of everything. Whitney thinks she has fallen in love but soon realizes what was really happening. I would recommend this book to guys or girls.

"Tricks" by Ellen Hopkins, was quite possibly one of the most influencial books I have read. It is about 5 teenages who fall into drugs, prostitution, gambling and other bad habits. Most of the characters fall into this because they find a mate who they think is 'the one' and they end up running from home. It is a great book for teenagers to see what is going on and what could happen. ***** Five stars! (Because this book is win.)

***** The book I read was "Tricks" by Ellen Hopkins. This book was one of her best books that I have read so far. Its about these five characters who fall into doing drugs and they find a mate who they think is "the one." Though out theirs lives they find out what its like to have a family and what its like to not always do drugs. I truly think that all teenagers should read this book because it shows them what might happens to some people in life and it might happen to them. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes books by Ellen Hopkins. I gave this book 5 stars because its that good of a book.
