**** Lock and Key by Sarah Desson is a very good book. It's about this girl named Ruby who lives with her mom. They would always put down fake addresses and phone numbers for everything. One day, her mom leaves. Ruby is used to this, but this time she doesn't come back. Ruby is left living by herself with no heat or running water. She is then forced to live with her sister Cora, whom she hasn't seen in 10 years. Cora and her husband Jamie has a very different life then what she is used to. Throughout the rest of the book, Ruby has to face new challenges and fears. I reccommend this book.

****Lock and Key is about a girl named Ruby who has to go live with her older sister Cora and her husband Jamie when her mother disappears and doesn’t come back. She has to face many challenges in her new life in a perfect house with a perfect sister and brother-in-law. Ruby continues her school year at Perkin’s Day, where Jamie went to school a decade before her. She also meets some new people, including her next door neighbor, Nate, who she goes to school with. This is a good book and I recommend it to anyone who likes adventure and reading about other kids.
