*** I liked this book alot. I liked this book alot because its a quick reading and very interesting. The stories main character is a girl named Marjane. In the begining of the story she starts off at the age of 10 and throught out the story she gets older and older. She is forced to wear a Veil when she first arrives at school. She is living through the hard times from 1979 to present day. This is a very good book and i would recommend it to anyone who likes easy read books.
The book Persepolis By Marjane Satrapi was very good and easy to read. The book tells of Marj's life growing up. Her parents were always out protesting with the rest of the people and trying to end the madness. Marj was always trying to get them to let her go with to protest. But Marj wants to go to the United States to see her friend. I think it was a good book and easy reader.

It was about girl named Marjane and she lived in Iran. Her grandpa was the leader on the country and was driven out of power. Her parents were pretty powerful people and went to all of the demonstrations which are protests. This book is great for anyone who wants a light read. You can relate this to your life because you can put yourself in her shoes and think what she trying to do.
